1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Aiya Print Co. ("Aiya," "Aiya Print," "we," "us," or "our").
By visiting our website, uploading artwork, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our website or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services or place an order with Aiya Print.
2. About Aiya Print Co.
Aiya Print provides custom printed products including, but not limited to, business cards, invitations, flyers, stickers, and other printed or promotional materials.
Certain products may be manufactured, packaged, or shipped on our behalf by carefully selected third-party production partners. An order placed through Aiya Print remains an order placed with Aiya Print even when a production partner performs some or all of the manufacturing or fulfillment.
3. Orders
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products according to the specifications submitted with your order.
Receipt of payment or an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for production. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of pricing errors, unavailable materials, technical problems, suspected fraud, unlawful content, inability to manufacture the requested product, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order before production for a reason attributable to Aiya Print and you have already paid, we will refund the applicable amount paid for that order.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping, taxes, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout when applicable.
We attempt to keep all prices and product information accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical, technical, pricing, or configuration errors before an affected order enters production.
If a corrected price is higher than the amount you authorized, we will not charge the higher amount without first giving you the opportunity to approve the change or cancel the affected order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can enter production unless Aiya Print expressly agrees otherwise.
5. Artwork & Customer Content
You retain ownership of artwork, photographs, logos, designs, text, and other content that you upload or provide to us ("Customer Content").
You grant Aiya Print a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify as technically necessary, transmit, and provide your Customer Content to our production partners solely as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, fulfill, support, or reprint your order.
This license does not transfer ownership of your Customer Content to Aiya Print.
You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to use and reproduce all Customer Content included in your order.
This includes any copyrights, trademarks, photographs, logos, artwork, names, likenesses, publicity rights, and other intellectual-property or personal rights belonging to third parties.
6. Print Files & Quality
You are responsible for supplying artwork that is suitable for the product and size ordered.
We recommend print-ready artwork with sufficient resolution, appropriate bleed and safe margins, and colors prepared for commercial printing.
Images displayed on computer screens and mobile devices use different technologies from commercial printing. As a result, printed colors may vary from colors shown on a screen, digital preview, previous print run, or another printing process.
Reasonable variations in color, trimming, cutting, placement, finishing, coating, material appearance, and other characteristics inherent to commercial printing are not considered manufacturing defects.
Aiya Print is not responsible for quality problems caused by customer-supplied files, including low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions, insufficient bleed, embedded profiles, unsupported transparency, missing fonts, incorrect colors, spelling errors, grammatical errors, or other errors contained in submitted artwork.
7. Proofs & Approval
Unless a proofing service is expressly offered for a product or order, Customer Content may be printed substantially as submitted.
You are responsible for reviewing all spelling, grammar, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, colors, images, orientation, dimensions, and other content before submitting your order.
If we provide a proof for approval, production may not begin until that proof has been approved. Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to manufacture the product as shown in that proof.
Proofing may increase the estimated production time.
8. Production
Production or turnaround times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Production time begins only after all required payment, artwork, information, and proof approvals have been received and the order is considered production-ready.
Production time does not include shipping or carrier transit time.
Orders may be delayed because of artwork problems, proof approval, material availability, equipment issues, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, supply-chain interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Quantity Variations
Commercial printing processes may occasionally result in small variations between the quantity ordered and quantity delivered.
Unless a product expressly guarantees an exact quantity, a commercially reasonable over-run or under-run of up to five percent (5%) may occur.
If an exact minimum quantity is critical to your use of the product, contact us before placing the order.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Production turnaround and shipping transit are separate periods. An estimated production completion date is not an estimated delivery date.
Orders may ship directly from one of our production partners and therefore may originate from a location different from Aiya Print's business address.
Multiple products placed in the same order may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate shipments.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or requested redelivery may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Claims involving products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order should be reported in accordance with our Refund & Reprint Policy .
11. Production Partners
Aiya Print may use third-party commercial printers, manufacturers, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to produce and deliver orders.
To fulfill an order, we may provide those partners with information reasonably necessary for production and delivery, including Customer Content, product specifications, recipient names, and shipping addresses.
We select production partners based on factors such as product availability, quality, location, turnaround, and cost. We may change the production partner used for a particular product or order without notice provided that the resulting product remains materially consistent with the specifications purchased.
Where commercially necessary, comparable paper, material, coating, or manufacturing processes may be substituted when the original selection becomes unavailable, provided the substitute is reasonably equivalent. We will seek customer approval before making a substitution that materially changes the product purchased.
12. Cancellations, Reprints & Refunds
Most Aiya Print products are custom-made according to customer-selected specifications and customer-provided artwork.
Because production can begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation may no longer be possible once an order has entered production.
Custom printed products generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind, no longer need the product, or made an error in the artwork or specifications submitted.
Defective products, production errors, shipping damage, missing items, and other eligible claims are governed by our Refund & Reprint Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms.
13. Prohibited Content
You may not submit Customer Content or use our Services to produce material that:
- violates applicable law;
- infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- contains fraudulent or intentionally deceptive material;
- contains malicious software or code;
- facilitates unlawful activity; or
- Aiya Print or a production partner is legally prohibited from manufacturing or distributing.
We may reject, suspend, or cancel an order that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
14. Aiya Intellectual Property
Except for Customer Content, the Aiya Print website and its original text, graphics, logos, branding, layouts, software, product photography, interfaces, and other content are owned by or licensed to Aiya Print and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal or business purchasing purposes, but you may not reproduce, scrape, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our site content without permission except as permitted by law.
15. Acceptable Site Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems or another user's information;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- use automated systems to excessively scrape, overload, or abuse the Services;
- use false information to place fraudulent orders; or
- use the Services in violation of applicable law.
16. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times, or that every product will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aiya Print will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or purchase of our products, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aiya Print's aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Aiya Print for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Aiya Print harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Customer Content you submit;
- your infringement or violation of another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- your unlawful use of the Services; or
- your material violation of these Terms.
19. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, production partners, delivery carriers, and technology providers.
Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy practices that apply to their services.
Aiya Print is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or services that we do not control.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy .
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.
When we update them, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law.
23. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or another provision later.
These Terms, together with policies incorporated into them by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Aiya Print concerning the matters covered by these Terms.
