5. Uploaded Artwork & Files
Artwork and files you upload may contain personal information, names, photographs, addresses, business information, or other content.
We use uploaded artwork primarily to prepare, manufacture, support, and fulfill your order.
Artwork may be transmitted to the production partner manufacturing your order and may be temporarily stored by technology, storage, proofing, or fulfillment providers as necessary to complete the order.
We do not obtain ownership of your artwork simply because you upload it to Aiya Print. Rights relating to Customer Content are addressed further in our Terms & Conditions .
You should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in artwork or files submitted for printing.
6. Payment Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.
When a third-party payment processor is used, Aiya Print may not directly receive or store your complete credit-card or debit-card number. Instead, the payment provider may provide us with information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card type, and limited payment details needed to administer the transaction.
Payment providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
7. How We Share Information
We may disclose personal information to third parties when reasonably necessary to operate Aiya Print and provide our services.

- commercial printing and manufacturing partners;
- fulfillment and packaging providers;
- shipping and delivery carriers;

We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties merely because they want access to Aiya Print customer lists.
8. Production & Fulfillment Partners
Aiya Print may use third-party commercial printers and fulfillment providers to manufacture and ship products.
To fulfill an order, we may provide a production partner with information such as:
- the artwork or print file;
- product specifications;
- recipient name;
- shipping address;
- order or job identifiers; and
- other information reasonably necessary to manufacture or deliver the order.
We may use different production partners for different products or orders.
9. Cookies & Analytics
Our website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, maintain shopping-cart functionality, understand usage, improve performance, and protect the website from abuse.
For example, Aiya Print may use browser storage to remember items that you add to your shopping cart.

Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies and stored website data through browser settings. Disabling certain storage technologies may cause some features, including cart functionality, to stop working properly.
10. Advertising & Tracking

Artwork and production files may be retained for a period after fulfillment to support customer-service inquiries, quality claims, reprints, recordkeeping, or repeat orders, and may later be deleted or archived.
Backup systems may retain copies of deleted information for a limited period until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course of business.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Aiya Print's services are intended for customers capable of entering into a commercial transaction and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
